Sugar and Spice and Mudpies

As I mentioned in a previous post, there was an event that many designers paid big money to enter and in doing so they were treated poorly and overall they all just pulled out due to the disorganized event, and how sadly it was run.  One of those designers did not want the designs of the awesome creators going to waste so she created Mud Pie Event where all your sweet tooth dreams can be met.  

Sugar & Spice has some adorbs stuff and I am so very happy to show you!

There are 4 dress flavors to choose from and she even has one out as a gift...yup something for free.  You don't see that often.  The flavors that your heart desires are Nana Split, Blue Plum, Cool Berry,  and Sassy Strawberry.  I happen to personally love this giant bow on mine back, I had to be sure you saw that too.  

For the Gacha addicts you will be very happy, there are two holdable plushies and some headbands too!

Sometimes you gotta be a pirate and sometimes a princess

Tiny Trinkets is bringing you something amazing for All the little things event coming May 3.  And it will allow you to use your imagination and dare to dream.  Rou has come up with a couple of dreams of her own.  

 Ever dreamed of being a pirate and sailing the 7 seas?  Well here you go now you can.  I got dressed up in my eye patch and my pirate hat and climbed aboard a pirate ship, I tried to join but the pirate mom said I had to walk the plank first, and I kinda ran...guess I am not ready to be a pirate!

Mud pies and Cupcakes

I am not quite sure of what EXACTLY happened but I do know that there was supposed to be an event, and designers were not happy with how it was ran and one designer graciously created a new event for the designers to showcase their amazing creations, and because it was based on sweet teeth, she called it The Mud Pie Event, so we are slinging mud and showing you Lazy Unicorn's Rare item from the Sassy Cupcake Gacha!

You remember middle school?  There was always that one mean girl, well Presley from Lazy Unicorn recreated that in a cute sweatshirt, this is her rare You Can't sit with us sweatshirt.  Silly macaroons!

Beach Therapy by Little Stars

It's the end of April and I am sure you are all feeling the same way I do, it is time for some Beach Therapy!  The weather is nice and our mind is thinking lets put some sand under our feets.  Little Stars released a few bathing suits this week and they are too cute.

Grabbed my hat, sunglasses and beach bag and took a little stroll on the beach, it felt so nice to get out into the sunshine and wiggle my toes in the sand.

My Viva adventures by Viv.a Kids!

Casual Friday by Loco.Motion

Casual Friday, no sweeter words can be spoken, jeans, comfy shirts, and shoes.  Yup...casual Fridays rock!  Molly from Loco.Motion created a cute little skirt set and I am going to show you two of the four, my cute side and my geek side.  But be sure to check out Loco.Motion there is lots more where this came from.

To show off my cute side,  I decided to wear the cute cupcake Casual Friday otufit and go for a walk through the pretty gardens, it was actually a shire...sadly I did not see any hobits, maybe one day I will run into one.

New England on the Coast

Well Happy Friday to you all...I have a lot going on in my RL right now and I was begining to miss summers in Maine.  Maine is one of the beautiful places, a place to raise kids, to enjoy seafood, to meet friendly people, a place to just enjoy life.  The signs as you drive into Maine actually say "Maine, the way life should be" and this is true to a point until you spend 8 months burried under snow, but summers on the coast more than make up for that.  So because I was missing Maine this morning, I tried to recreate it in SL, I found this coastal sim and it made me smile.

               

There is nothing quite like New England in the Summer and also in the Fall.  Truly one of my favorite places in the world.

In Maine you can buy lobster right on the dock, go whale watching, shop all day or walk the rocky beaches.

Just a spoonful of Sugar helps the medicine go down

In every job that must be done, there is an element of fun...

Anything Disney inspired will make me a happy girl, so when Rou from Tiny Trinkets put out this umbrella I just couldn't even help but squee!

I grabbed my new umbrella and went for a walk on the boardwalk, singing all the Mary Poppins songs I could think of when all of the sudden out of no where...I started to fly!

I held on tight and enjoyed a nice little ride over the gorgeous lake until my umbrella lead my feet safely to the ground...

Once my feet were planted firmly on the ground, I actually giggled because that adventure was just too fun for words!  And wearing these cute kitty flats my feet were very happy too.

Rawr and stuff

Rawr and stuff...new dino outfit out from ToddleTeez, and this outfit can be worn by either boys or girls.  Kinda cool right?  I went to see if I could find any dinos because well with this helmet on I totally rock the dino look, and I did find one, I screamed "Rawr" and he ran away.  Yup, I am just scary like that.

I don't think he realized that Rawr means I love you in Dinosaur, maybe he is a foreign dinosaur and doesn't speak mine language, oh well...

Goodness I love this time of the year and all of the designers bringing out such cute outfits.  I went out shopping and stumbled upon this cute outfit from Petite Bowtique and just had to show you.  I have been a fan of Petite Bowtique even before becoming a kiddo in SL (shhh don't tell anyone I used to be big and took my kids shopping here).  Also, as you know pink and floral are my things so you put them together and welp...I will buy it!  I absolutely adore this outfit and it does come in blue and purple for those of you who despise pink, why I have no idea but anyways...

Ahhhh!  Lily from Little Stars had said she was going to take some time off then bam!  She releases this to die for Unicorn outfit.  It's been said Always be yoursef, unless you can be a unicorn, then be a unicorn.  I think that is way too true, not really a horse with a horn, but to be unique, individual and outstanding...so don't quit your day dream!  

I went looking for unicorns and actually found one but him was sleeping so I was afraid to get too close, maybe I should've woken him, maybe he would have thought I was his baby and kept me...I mean hello look at me I am a Unicorn!

Not so pink

Not so pink today...go figure me no pink.  Well it has happened thanks in part to this way too cute outfit from The Soda Pop Shop.  I won't lie all my life from birth to now I have loved pink so when items come out if it is available in pink that is the color I would get.  My dad made the mistake of allowing me to pick the color we would paint our house and you guessed it, it was pink.  I am rocking the new black and white look though.

These socks!  Ahhh I love them.  Anyways, I felt kinda "swag" whatever that word went and went on down to the subway where I stopped to take this picture so you can see how cute this outfit is.
